  • Full engagement in the PDR process for all direct reports
  • Actively mentor and develop direct reports, securing relevant L&D
  • Accurate and timely use of PeopleHR
  • Personally deliver one Design Effectiveness per year
  • Lead the relationship with 1- 2 global or local clients
  • For clients within your portfolio where you are not actively involved on a daily basis, ensure a ‘pastoral care’ approach
  • Leading new business activity and pitches ensuring you have the right people on the team
  • Proactively and constructively participate in the development and delivery of the Client Services strategy of the studio
  • Mentoring direct reports to give them the right tools to drive more business from existing clients
  • Effectively plan and facilitate client workshops
  • Ensuring the commercial and creative success of the project brief is met and delivered on time and on budget through regular review of the work, financials and adequate resourcing


  • Able to lightly touch multiple pieces of work and add value without getting caught in the detail
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness, keeping abreast of customer insights and trends
  • Strategic thinker and do-er
